Hi-Fi
Hi-Fi is the doll that I remembered the most alongside Back to Front. Hi-Fi always had his personal stereo on. During the testing process Hi-Fi was unfortunately dropped on the floor and so he developed a stammer when he talked! |

Back-to-Front
Back-to-Front the name says it all! His head was sewn on back-to-front. He was originally designed to be a handy-man doll. |

Claude
Claude was French and went round saying things such as'Zut Alors' and 'Oh La La'. Claude was meant to have been shipped to France, but he missed the despatch, and so he was left behind in England, but fortunately he seems to speak fluent English! |

Dotty
Dotty got splashed with paint during the manufacturing process. As a resulty of this she loves to paint, and is often seen with an easel and paint brush. As you can see form the picture she's pretty bossy! |

Lucy
Lucy is a classic girls doll. unfortunately the threads thathold her together hjave not been sewn very well and so she was continually fallign apart at the most inconvenient times! On the plus side she seemed to be able to detatch parts of her body on demand if required to help with a puzzle. |

Princess
Princess was literally a raggy doll. She was meant to have been made to look like a fairy prncess, but something went wrong and she got dresed in multi-coloured rags by mistake. |

Sad Sack
Sad Sack always talekd with a sad moany voice! He was filled with too much stuffing and so couldn't really stand-up very well he just used to flop around the place. |

Raggy Dolls Re-Vamped!
This is what the dolls looked like as a result of the re-vamp. Roy Evans animated the first 13 episodes and all the toys were voices and narrated by Neuil Innes. In the new-look version the animation was undrtaken by Mark Mason (see his great website in the resources section) and the voices were all undertaken by individual actors. A new doll also made occassional appearances in the re-vamped version this doll was called Raggy-Muffin a travelling Raggy Doll that had lost his owner and so decided to see the world. |

The Raggy Dolls: Lyrics
Opening Lyrics:
It's not much of a life when you're just a pretty face,
Just to be whoever you are is no disgrace,
Don't be scared if you don't fit in...
Look who's in the reject bin!
It's the Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Dolls like you and me.
Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!, Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Made imperfectly!
So if you got a bump on your nose or a lump on your toes, do not despair,
Be like the Raggy Dolls, and say I just don't care,
'Cause Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!, Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Are happy just to be,
Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Dolls like you and me!
It's not much of a life when you're just a pretty face,
Just to be whoever you are is no disgrace,
Look around and you will find,
People of every kind!
Like the Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Dolls like you and me.
Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!, Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Made imperfectly!
So if you’re not at ease with your knobbly knees and your fingers are all thumbs,
Stand on your two left feet and join our raggy doll chums!
'Cause Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!, Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Are happy just to be,
Raggy Dolls - Raggy Dolls!
Dolls like you and me!
